Belinda leads the Incubator, shaping the overall support offer as well as working directly with ventures. She has experience in establishing, supporting and growing organisations that bridge the public, private and third sectors; alongside extensive experience in consultancy and within academia.
Tamzin is the programme administrator and assists with organising events, marketing and the daily running of the programme. She has a background in journalism and science communication, as well as many years experience in program and volunteer management for community organisations.
Lead Business Advisor
Mark works closely with ventures as a mentor and advisor. He has many years experience working in the technology sector ranging from founding start-ups to senior positions in public companies. Mark is a post-graduate qualified coach and mentor and has particular expertise in sales/business development.
Paul has many years’ experience in providing finance, strategy, corporate development and fundraising advice for a wide variety of clients from start-ups through to multinationals (particularly in the technology sector), as well as being an entrepreneur in his own right. Paul is currently also a Business Advisor for Allia’s Start-Up & Growth Advisory Programme for environmental technology ventures.
A versatile and enthusiastic business executive with a 30+ year pedigree gained within the aerospace, marine and defence sectors.Chris has particular expertise in dispute resolution and in strategic, commercial, contract, purchasing, supplier and project management within the UK and internationally.
